Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic
Marinate tofu cubes in the mixture for 15-20 minutes
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil
Add marinated tofu cubes and sliced mushrooms to the pan
